"Lemon Cake"

I attended Alpha Suite for a ultrasound guided injection into my shoulder at 0900 hours on 20/04/2016. I received excellent service from the doctor and the nurse assisting. The were friendly, approachable and at even though it was going to be painful because they kept me engaged it was over before I knew it and I said how enjoyable the appointment had been.

The hospital is all too often criticised. The press never mention how hard your staff work and the team atmosphere that is obvious.

The reason for the title is that the nurse had provided the doctor with a lemon cake recipe which opened up the flow of conversation that kept me engaged.
