Car parking: up to a couple of months ago it was usually just possible to park to visit the surgery at hospital. The last two months have become impossible to park. Something must be done. Prove your sure that those who park are entitled to do so, and are not working in the town or living locally? I believe you have got to check this out before you are forced to consider what else you can do.
