"Coudnt have wished for a better outcome"

In March of this year I met with my consultant regarding a back problem, 3 days later I was at the Spire in Bristol for surgery.

My operation was a success and the surgeon outstanding, I cannot recommend him enough!

From the moment I booked into the Spire, to the moment I was discharged I cannot fault any aspect of my stay.

Every person I came into contact with was professional and friendly and seemed to genuinely care.

The anaesthetist put me at ease immediately and was fantastic, and the staff who took me down to theatre took the edge off my nerves.

The nurses were fantastic, approachable, caring, knowledgeable, and very attentive.

The physio’s I met were both great, very friendly and again very supportive and full of advice.

The lovely staff who brought food and drink were so respectful and friendly too.

My room was spotless, and when I wanted to close my door to get some rest, it was peaceful and calm.

I felt as though I was in a hotel rather than a hospital.

I would recommend the Spire definitely, I was not looking forward to the surgery, but I have to say, if I were to have this done again (touch wood I will not need it!), I would go back to the Spire.
