About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

Total lack of leadership. Everyone is busy, so busy in fact they don't have time to speak to you about your care or any results and should you ask there is a stock answer of its someone else who is responsible and they are busy. Why ask about pain every but not offer any relief.

How many times does a nurse need to walk into the same room where a patient is seeing a doctor before they realise the room is in use. When you do question being ignored for a few hours your almost threatened because you dare to speak up. Its quite ironic that you can be ignored for 3 hours so much so that you are asked who you are, apparently visitors have canulas, and when you say you are leaving there is a threat that this could result in your death of course they are so worried that they hadn't known you were there in the first place.

First and definitely last experience of this place. I actually felt bullied and unsafe. Too many people in one room. No privacy and definitely not caring or compassionate.
