"Lack of information"

About: Airedale General Hospital

I have been in and our of the hospital with my son for the last 15 days. I appreciate he is not critically I'll, but he is really unwell. When there is pressure on beds, he is discharged only to be re-admitted a day later. If someone took 10 minutes notes to look at the causes of his illness, we would be happier and you would have a free bed. No one talks to us and I am left unimformed most of the time. My son may be 25 years old but he is ill and weak and I do not feel he can make decisions himself in that state
