"No contact from PHC. Waiting ages does not help."

I am wait I think for grieving counseling but feel I have been left out. I saw doc once then said see your doc we will see you. I am so confused. Please help.

I am truly saddened and concerned to hear about your experience whilst an inpatient and would very much like to hear from you directly to discuss this further to ensure this is never repeated.

In the last 8 months the inpatient services have undergone a significant change in management and medical cover and we are continuing to work on service improvement plans to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered on an individualised basis.
