About: Whiston Hospital

Arriving at the hospital today nervous and filled with the most dreadful anxiety,

I feared the worst, but I can not express my gratitude to all staff, for their kind and very considerate manner, which made my experience such a positive one.

The initial warm and friendly greeting at reception helped to put me at ease.

The calm, professional and extremely caring manner of all nursing staff reassured me.

How I was made to feel, is as equally important as test results, to my well being, and I was so impressed with this, and every other aspect of my care.

Thank you again to all staff –you made such a difference.
