"Cancelled appointments 4 times"

Very very bad experience of this hospital. ENT consultant or specialist whatever has been sick for last 6 months without replacement. May be they need consultant them-self. Very big hospital and only one consultant for children. They have been cancelling my daughter's appointment 4 times and giving me new dates. Follow up appointment should be within 3 months and it has been 9 months and she has not been seen due to off sick consultant. On top of that very rude receptionist who calls you previous day to inform that your appointment had been cancelled. Very very inconvenient. Never ever recommend this hospital to anyone...
