Adam has been the most talented, intelligent and supportive therapist I have ever encountered. My life has completely changed for the better down to his work with me. I feel very honoured to have had his help.

I loved Adam's combination of intelligent explanations; along with all the tools he has taught me in order to cope with self esteem and anxiety. These tools include written records, keeping diaries/logs, communicating, body language and re-organising my 'rules for living'.

I couldn't ask for a better therapist, whose intelligence and creativity have changed my life for the better.
