My daughter in law was safely delivered of her first child this morning at 5.44am.

My grateful thanks go to the outstanding medical and midwifery team who looked after her with kindness, consideration and high professional standards.

The midwife who was responsible for her care showed great empathy and a deep understanding of their role and clearly loved their career.

I cannot praise the Midwifery Dept highly enough, well done!
