What I liked

I was admitted to WD 27 at North Tees Hospital with severe rigors and cholongitis. I was very scared and worried.

I cannot say enough about the time and care the staff showed me on this ward. I think if it had'nt of been for them, things would be very different.

I would like to pass on my sincere thanks to the Ward Manager and staff, especially the staff nurses on Ward 27.

What could be improved

Nothing for me, I have tried to think of things, but I can't fault them.
