thank you for your positive feedback regarding A&E, AMU and Ward 11 at Good Hope Hospital.

I am so pleased to read that all aspects of the care and treatment of your mother was to a good standard.

I will ensure that your comments are forwarded to the relevant senior managers and matrons for those clinical areas, as well as to the catering manager regarding the food so that your feedback can be shared with all of the teams in those areas.

I hope my actions are acceptable and once again thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, patient experience is extremely important to us.
