"Another great appointment"

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

Arrived for my appointment a little late last Friday, 15th April, but we kept Lindon Suete informed and they were understanding and acommodating. When we got there, the receptionist was very friendly, as always, as was the nurse who showed us to the treatment room and made sure I was comfortable before my usual procedure. I saw my consultant, who was friendly, professional and gentle at the same time, and explained things clearly. Well done yet again, Worcestershire Royal!
