"my last stay in queens burton"

i have been a patient off and on for seven years now, with chronic pancreatitis but in July 2o15 i was Admitted having had a stroke, from referral to a&e on to ward 8 was very fast and the service first class, all the staff ( nurses consultants) head off house keeping also excellent, my condition now is thanks to all there hard work and effort, many thanks to all.

i now help out at the hospital with things as a way to give some thing back for all the kindness.
