"Will there ever be a change?"

About: Warrington Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I went to a and e as I had gone numb on my bottom and my lady parts making me have incontinence and was sent home with a water infection being told I can wait a week to see the orthopaedic doctor. I went the week later and was told I need a operation there and then. I had my op 2 days later as I have 2 children to sort out. After the op I am still left with a numb bum and lady parts and I still have incontinence both way. It is 12 month on and there is no change. Will there ever be a change? Thank you for your time.

Sorry to hear that you are still experiencing problems after your operation and care with us. We would like to find out more so we can explore what we can do to improve your situation. Could you email our PALS service via pals@whh.nhs.uk so we can take a look. Thank you.
