What I liked

I went to have my tonsils taken out as a day case. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and understanding of the pain i was in. They were very friendly, holding conversations (although i wasnt quite with it) with me and being very personal. They were always available if i needed anything and the hospital itself was very clean.

Anything else?

Although i was only in for the day, i was very impressed with the quality of care and would like to thank all the people working in this area of the hospital!
