Although a long wait for service to start received 1st class treatment from Terry. He has given 100% to get me where I am now. Much improved. Nearly back to my old self. Terry is calming, reassuring, friendly and helpful. He has taken me through the steps to get me to finally make a decision to deal with my problems of stress through workplace. Can’t speak highly enough. Good service

Dear Moon22,

Demand on the service is high and at the moment there are some delays in being able to see people. We are striving to reduce these waits and have seen improvements recently with service users entering treatment quicker.

I am pleased you found the support offered by Terry to be of benefit and that you are feeling you have regained your old self.
