I had a 12 am appointment at the pre op clinic on 12 April 2016. I have a large hernia due to be operated on very shortly. After 10 mins or so in the waiting room
I was approached by one of the pre op nurses who came to tell me the clinic was running 15 mins late and they would just like me to know. I thought this was very good customer service!
When they came back for me I found the nurse, very informative, assuring and we thought them very professional and wanted to tell the hospital what a credit they are to wythenshawe.
As was the 2 nurses I went to see also for the second half of my assessment. I had ecg and swabs and bloods done, it was speedy and the nurses were friendly and caring. Well done wythenshawe
We are all quick to complain so I'd like to give credit to the nursing staff who I saw on my visit. Thank you
