Today my husband and myself took our 13 month old child to Wexham the waiting area was very busy however no one was waiting In the que at the desk gave our details and they referred us to the peads department. As soon as we entered we were greeted by a nurse who took our details asked what was wrong we told the nurse our daughters is not moving her left arm, she's crying kids when you touch it etc! Within minutes our daughter was fine! The nurse examined my daughter and simply popped her ligament back into her elbow! The nurse simply done it and then explained to us what had happened! My daughter is 13 months old, she couldn't talk to tell us what the issue was! But the nurse was very calm and friendly and done an amazing job! I'm very impressed by the entire experience. It's easy for people to complain all the time about the NHS but myself and husband where taken back by the amazing level of service and quality of care we received today! Thank you to the nurse you made a 13 month old very happy again!
"Great experience in Peads"
