gp referral to esau - pleasant lounge and staff

no bed space available in wards so staff put in much effort to find a bed which

with apologies had to be placed in an esau cubicle for 2 nights

but - this was better than a ward - much quieter at night - tv screen on lounge wall -

easier toilet access - abllity to sit in front of cubicle in lounge

- comfortable armchairs
