"Out-of-hours GP"

The out-of-hours GP I just went to at Hertford County Hospital is outstanding. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained all of the options. They are clearly very experience and I felt that they cared. Thank you for being kind and compassionate.

Although having a base at Hertford County hospital, actually the GP out-of-hours service is run by our colleagues at Herts Urgent Care (a GP-led group).
