About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Husband left for 3 hours before changed his bedding, needs pain relief left for 1 and a half hours and the same for a jug of water. When asking for water told, "We are busy you know". AMU (ward 3). Some cared, others didn't want to know, stood gossiping.
