"unsatisfactory non-treatment"

About: Watford General Hospital

only 1 toilet working and that had no lock working (improving as on last visit male loo was out of action) - unable to get water which i required as hot or fizzy drinks were unsuitable for my condition - sent to minors but they had no water either - eventually got some in majors - very limited hand feeling check of my condition - i was in lots of pain and they suggested i get the g.p. to refer me to a gastro specialist - these appointments can take weeks, but my condition required treatment quickly - went to wall phone to contact minicab firm but this wasn't working either - good news is that the staff were helpful and polite
