About: Northumbria Specialist Emergency Care Hospital

My son had an appointment made for him here after an early hour visit to another hospital. My son had x-rays, scans, bloods taken and staff were very good with him and made him feel at ease at all time. He loved the food and where he ended up staying over night and would have happily stayed there another night.

We were very happy with all aspects of care he received

Only issue was parking.

Sorry to hear that your wee boy had reason to stay in hospital overnight recently - never a pleasant situation for any parent !

Thank you for sharing your story and enabling us to pass on your very positive feedback. I'm delighted our amazing staff did all they could to provide you with the reassurance you needed to know that your son was in the right place to receive excellent care.

Pleased that he was a big fan of our food - tell him we really don't want him staying in hospital any longer than he should but he shouldn't worry about coming back to us at any time in the future if he needs our help ? :-)

I'm sure you must be delighted to have him home again.
