Staff changed children's waiting room TV channel from children's programme to a popular soap opera they clearly wanted to watch.
Children in the waiting area had been watching the TV programme.
There were a number of other parents annoyed by this - as there was a significant waiting time and the TV had helped occupy some of the children as the waiting room has a very narrow range of toys
