"How can a 1 minute call determine how I am!?"

Was referred to Aire Court from Iapt after they felt my symptoms were not appropriate for them to deal with. After an approx 1 minute long phone call with Aire court they decided they knew me well enough to reject the referral and decide I didn't need further help despite my day to day life being constantly affected for the last 5 years. I am 18 years old and feel like I've been thrown out to rot. I need real help and they don't care. It's not a game, it's not right this is my life and they can't even be bothered enough to meet me to see what I am like. How can a 1 minute phone call determine how I am? !

I am sorry to hear that you feel you have not received appropriate care and that you have been unhappy with your contact with Aire Court. This is not what we want for people who use our services.

Nevertheless, I am grateful for you bringing this to our attention.
