"Spotlessly clean, lovely calm surroundings,..."

I was really nervous about my first ever operation and the staff at KIMS really put me at ease. Pre op seemed very thorough and post op care was superb. Food menu was lovely. Conceirge were very helpful on arrival and leaving the hospital. Free parking, wifi and refreshments for visitors in reception. Operation went very well with no complications and I was over the moon with he results with little scarring. Would recommend this hospital 5 stars! All staff are doing an amazing job.
