"Total Disgrace!"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

My Appointment was Yesterday at 13.45. I arrived at 13.40 and was prepared within 15 Minutes. I was then left until 15.30 and my Examination started at 15.45.

The Consultant was basically very rough when the examination started and considering I had a Tube down my Throat I was in considerable distress from the start.

I also expressed my concern that being made to wait for that long was not acceptable. Their response was "Do you want me to carry out this Examination or not" Is this an attitude problem or not? I would say Yes it is.

I finally left the Unit at 17.20 and considering my was waiting for me all this time I find this totally unacceptable, verging on Unprofessional.

Am I happy? No I am not.........
