My friend was moved to the Alderbourne ward following an accident. She had become very disabled and due to her illness and being elderly she was vulnerable. She was treated so well- compassion and high quality care at all times. Friends and family were made welcome and many visits from them helped support her during her illness. Sadly she passed away there but she was very well cared for right up to the end. Thank you to all.
