"My mother came to a and e approx 16.00hrs on..."

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

When phoning the hospital this evening from 20.30 hours till 21.45 they didn't even know where my mother was in the hospital. I was told she was going home, I was told she was on CDU and she wasn't , then I was told she was at Cath Lab and she wasn't. I think its disgusting when they don't know where their patients are.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback about the emergency department at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. We were sorry to learn that you were unable to find out easily where your mother had been taken once she left A & E. Patients are moved to more appropriate settings once they have been clinically prioritised and often this means that they need to be moved more than once. With kind regards, the PALS team
