"Awesome experience from all the staff"

(as the patient),

From the moment we came through the front door, the service and attitude of the staff was exceptional and makes me feel this hospital must be one of the best in the world.

The receptionist: charming/outstanding. The nurse, professional pleasant and joked. Connie the anesthetist held my hand and kept me informed about the progress of the op'. Had conversations with surgeons throughout about general things. (Have had zero pain since the anaesthetic injection). One even bothered to come to me after ward to show me something of interested to do with my op.

Tea and biscuit nurse was very pleasant. Jans ( Yanna ) very pleasant, jokey professional and charming. Start to finish awesome experience. Great teamwork. 100%
