"great physios, but..."

i have been really satisfied with the treatment provided me by the physio, but i have to echo the comments below regarding the reception staff: they were ignorant as all hell. there is no need to treat patients the way they do. they lack respect, but i'm pretty certain that if any patient treated them the way they treat us, they'd kick off!
