There really does need to be a serious look at resources for answering the telephone and making follow up appointments.

The waiting times for the appointments centre are sometimes 20 minutes.

We are dealing with urology and whilst the staff are individually very helpful and polite, it is truly frustrating to leave countless messages and long delays for follow ups.
