"Absolute disgrace"

After failing to get a GP appointment I visited the urgent Care centre upon arriving I was greeted by a lovely person at the desk however when being called the triage they just rushed me off and this seemed very rude. Then seeing the doctor was an absolute disgrace they spoke to me in an awful way and accused me of using the urgent care centre as a quick fix for my problems I feel as if I've been mistreated they managed to get through to my doctor and book me an appointment however they looked very smug when doing so as if I have lied to them about trying to get through to them I have never felt so embarrassed and rushed off in my life I feel as though I don't want to return. Would not recommend
