About: Buckland Hospital

I thought public transport was going to be improved when the new Dover hospital was opened but its a nightmare getting there from Deal. I had an appointment for my diabetes but it was unclear which department I had to go to. The staff at the general reception were extremely unhelpful and very rude. It took me almost an hour to find out where I was suppose to go. Awful! I won't be going back.

I am truly sorry to learn about your experience.

Sadly the public transport is not something we can effect directly.

However, I was very unhappy to learn that the reception staff were unhelpful and rude; please accept my sincere apologies.
