"Ent thyroidectomy surgical forward wait"

I was referred to surgery due to hyperthyroidism that refused to be controlled despite several attempts. Naturally a little worried I was reassured by all staff the day I arrived. I have had procedures before so have encountered several wards but not at aintree. The staff are dedicated hard working and wonderful people. Despite being very busy nothing is too much trouble. The wards run very smoothly. My consultant was wonderful along with their collegues. I was kept in the picture at every stage and they were completely honest with me and held nothing back. Cannot fault any part of my care.
