"Hip Replacemnt Operation 71 Year Old Patient"

Congratualions are in order to the NHS, and particularly QA, for the cosideration and excellent standard of care I have received on route to a hip replacement operation. All aspects from initial diagnosis by my GP at the Bosmere practice Havant to the actual operation and recovery phase, have been extremely professional and smoothly executed with care and consideration.

The organisation for this type of operation has been very carefully planned and worked like clockwork but still retained individual patient care.

Orthopaedic team and Anaesthetist discuused all aspects of the operation and took into account my preferences, and carried out a text book operation.

D5 Nursing and Physiotherapy staff took over for post op care and were all very thorough, kind and considerate. OT made sure my home aids were delivered and ready for me going home.

So 10 days later I remain pain free, have no infection, but have a new mobility that I could only dream of last year. Thank you QA, and the NHS, for an excellent procedure. You have one very happy customer.
