escorted my Mother to her Podiatry appointment at Akerman Medical Centre on 21st March at 1350hrs. I personally went to great lengths to ensure that we arrived on time,
I even rescheduled my work for this purpose. On our arrival we informed reception and few minutes later another patient for the clinic arrived but she was 30 minutes late for her appointment . We all patiently waited the after another 20-30 minutes the lady who had been late was called-in by the podiatrist. We waited another 40 minutes for her to be seen before we were called-in.
When the podiatrist eventually say my Mother they had little or no advice and their manner was appalling ,they didn't even introduce them self or acknowledge that we'd been waiting over an hour or more to see them.
"Poor service"
