About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Doctor treated me in a corridor as the consulting room was in use. Not exactly private.

Told me they were referring me to pain management team and I would get a phone call from them the following day.

That was ten days ago and I have not received a call.

Contacted PALS and they chased this up.

Apparently the doctor did not make the referral to the pain management team, and advised me that usually GPs make referrals to the pain management team.

So now I have to wait a week as I can't get an appointment with a GP despite being a cancer patient and who knows when I will get an appointment with the pain management team?
