"Extremely Impressed"

I have a chronic health condition which has seen me in and out of hospital dozens of times over the last few years, resulting in many different experiences.

I have to say that my visit to the dermatology department yesterday stands out for me in a very positive way. From the way in which I was greeted upon arrival, to my appointment with the exceptional Consiltant, to the nurses before, during and after my minor surgery which was undertaken immediately, every member of the team was friendly yet professional, efficient yet caring and outstanding in every way.

This is certainly one department within the RD&E Trust which has it right. Well done to them!
