"Forgotten about"

About: St Mary's Hospital (HQ) (London)

Forgotten about on first visit, left waiting in pain for over 8hrs. Finally got seen after they admitted to forgetting to put my card in the queue. Dr I finally did see was appalling - dismissive and rude. Second visit was told it would take 2hrs max, took nearly 5!!

Was told I was 'next' in line to see the Dr, the one Dr on the ward called through 9 patients after that before me. Was not offered assistance or pain relief once either day despite clearly being in pain and uncomfortable. To their credit, the 10mins I finally got to spend with a Dr the second visit, was excellent but do not appreciate being told I am 'next' when it was clear that I was not - just be honest. I would rather be told an honest answer than be told I am 'next' and be sat there watching everyone else get called apart from me.
