What I liked
was the staff were extremely pleasant and you could have a laugh with them. very relaxed environment which helped as i was very nervous about my procedure.
What could be improved
I was admitted on the day surgery red ward at 0700 hrs and did not get out until 1730 hrs, which was fine but more poor wife was not allowed to be with me in the ward and had to wait in the waiting area. I think we could have been informed of this before we arrived so at least we would have been aware
