"I Got my appointment letter 6 days after the date!"

I attended your Audiology department on Tuesday 5th April, despite having no written confirmation. I received very professional help and I have no complaints on that score. However on Saturday 9th April, I received a letter from yourselves with details of my appointment on the 5th April. as if that wasnt bad enough, it had been posted on the 7th April TWO DAYS after the appointment!! Its a good job I wasnt relying on your administration department to update me on my appointment details, obviously they dont even know what day it is!
