"Pain Management"

I would like the staff on Ward D5 to be acknowledged for their care,understanding and professionalism whilst I was a patient.I would like the Theatre Staff to be acknowledged for their time and patience with me.The staff in question were working in Day Case Theatre assisting the Neurosurgeon.I was informed of everything that was happening.Would you please be so kind as to acknowledge the Theatre Staff the scrub nurse,the Anaesthetic nurse and the Support Worker who looked after me. Please let them know of my gratitude especially the Theatre Staff as they are sometimes forgotten when all the adulation is given out.
