About: Solihull Hospital

the days I spent in cardiology ward I had no complaint in any way at all, all the staff are over worked but still do their best and keep a professional effort and attitude from cleaning staff , primary care workers, nurses, doctors to the top consultants etc , they all tried their best , I don't know how they manage as the work load and stress they have to endure all round is a lot and has to be admired,

I am very grateful and thankful I have this hospital and staff to help me and many many others back to full health. they do it not just for a salary but because it is a vocation for special people ,to say thank you is not enough .. regards and respect to you all. brian

Thank you so very much for your kind words following your recent admission on Ward 17 at Solihull Hospital. I am so pleased to read that you were happy with the care you received during your stay, and htat you found all of the staff you encountered to be hard working and professional.

I will ensure that your lovely comments are highlighted to Senior Sister Theresa Ashton, Ward Manager for Ward 17, as well as to Matron Heidi Lane who will be thrilled to read your feedback and ensure that it is shared with all of the team who work extremely hard to provide a positive patient experience.
