Our appointment papers was not received by post by Saturday 9 April. We called the Hospital on Sunday 10 April, Operator mentioned our appointment is at 12-30. on 11 April.
We again called on the Monday Morning, they said we need to be there by 12.00 noon. She was taken in to waiting room of operating room around 12-30 pm but I was allowed. I was told she was taken in for the procedure into O.T around 3-30 pm.
They refuse to give me any information till 6-30 all though she was out of O.T. Also refused to let any one see her. Normally any hospital let one next to keen can see their relatives. Counter attendant always say, we are not allowed to contact O.T. staff. with Local anaesthesia she was knocked out for how long she does not remember
In a nutshell The Holy Private Hospital for out sider is a prison, they can be doing anything inside that yet to found out by some one. I sincerely do not trust them.
"Management is bad. No next to keen not allowed..."
