"Act group"

After suffering from the age of 7 to 32, I had low expectations of anything working for me. My care co-ordinator advised me to join the ACT group, I did not know what to expect but after the 3rd session I had noticed a change, the group lasted 10weeks, this consisted of meditation, activities, book recommendations and many more things.

I had constant support from my care co-ordinator and felt everyone was very approachable. On one occasion I had a panic attack in reception, the receptionist was very calm and reassuring.

All in all, this has been the best treatment I have received from start to finish, more importantly my life has changed for the better due to the care and support I received.

I am forever great full for the service they are providing.
