The person on the phone is perfectly fine, but the person in charge of seeing patients at the CASH clinic is in the wrong job and unbelievably rude for no good reason.
I'm disgusted that this person is allowed to keep this job when they clearly have no enjoyment in it all all and feel it's acceptable to treat other people in such a disrespectful way. Shameful.
