"Poor management from U5 Care support"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

The carers themselves are lovely. However, I feel the management do not communicate anything with me.

The carers often arrive late or miss visits & sometimes only one carer is sent for a two carer job. I regularly have to cancel a tea time visit because the lunch time carers have only arrived at 4:30 pm so the tea time visit would be pointless.

I do not blame the carers at all.
