Excellent treatment at the abdominal outpatients' clinic. Professional approach and treatment from the receptionist to the consultant. Shown real caring alongside experienced, professional medical care. At a time when the NHS is under extreme stress, today there was no indication of anything other than the desire to provide an A1 service to this patient.
